Born in Pamplona, Silvia started to practice yoga in 2019 after deciding to return to Spain from Switzerland where she was studying her master in classical music for four years.
Silvia feels a great connection with the method and in 2024 she completed her first Navakarana Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Module 2 Master Teacher Training with Dario Calvaruso.
