Sara lived in Banyoles, a small and peaceful town near to Girona. Sara has a background in the dance, body expression, shiatsu and reflexology. She tried different methods and approach to connect more with her body and mind. She discovered Alessandra in quarantine and started to practice online with herBut was only when she experience a Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa class in Ma·Na Yoga Loft that she felt totally in love with the Navakaraṇa method, the sound, the practice and with Ma·Na’s energy.
Sara met Dario Calvaruso the Guru, in the Essentials Workshop of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa in 2022 and started a self-transformation journey in her own way through Navakaraṇa. Sara completed the Alumnus TTC Module 1 with Alessandra Oram, and the Master TTC Module 2 and Module 3 with Dario Calvaruso in Barcelona.
It was only after these trainings that she established regular self-practice which brought her in clear understanding of e method and a growing desired to share it with others.
