Rocío discovered Navakaraṇa in 2022 through Laura Borges in a masterclass in Gran Canaria. After another masterclass and a visit to Laura’s studio in Fuerteventura, Rocío fell in love with the method. In 2024 she moved to A Coruña, where she started to practice regularly with Andrea Fernández and María Rey.
In November 2024 she went to a retreat with Alessandra Oram and Laura Borges. From that moment, she started to think about going further in her practice and study and in April 2025 she did her first Navakarana Vinyasa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training Module 2 with Alessandra Oram in Barcelona.
