Roberta Cona

Roberta was born in Verona. After meeting Dario Calvaruso in June 2021, she had a total transformative shift in her life. Fully dedicated in the study of Navakaraŋa, she opened Tulā Navakaraṇa Studio immediately after completing Navakaraŋa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 in the 2021. Tulā was the first Navakaraṇa studio in Northern Italy. The studio offers regular classes, workshops and events for both children and adults.

Together with Dario, Roberta has created “Navakaraṇa Vidyā Programme” a tutoring course for new students entering Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Teacher Training. This programme not only prepares new students in entering the Teacher Training but also takes them directly into the profession of teaching immediately after the course.

“Kula on the Road” is another project Roberta led in collaboration with other Italian Navakaraṇa teachers. Kula on the Road brings Navakaraṇa gatherings, practice and sharing across major city in Italy. The first ‘Kula on the Road’ was hosted in Verona, in June 2023 with the collaboration of 9 teachers and more than 50 people. This project aims to popularise Navakaraṇa while also supporting team-building and growing business opportunity across the national community.
