Roberta Bernasconi

Roberta grew up in a small town near Como, but her curiosity and desire to explore have taken her
around the world.

In 2023, love led her to Pescantina. It was through this journey that she met Roberta Cona and started
practising Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa. She instantly fell in love with this method: push herself beyond her limits but, at the same time, stay in the flow, and learn to give herself time. She sees it as a great challenge!

Following her heart, she decided to start the Navakaraṇa Vidyā Orientation Programme with Roberta in Tulā Navakaraṇa Studio. That winter she also met Dario Calvaruso for the first time when attending his Essentials Workshop in Verona. She completed Module 1 Master Teacher Training in 2024 in Fuerteventura and, once back, she started teaching at Tulā, together with her teacher Roberta.
