Rae first met Dario and the Navakaraṇa method in 2019. At the time, she was working in one of the biggest Yoga teacher training platforms in mainland China. As a curriculum producer, she was asked to invite Dario to create a special project on the platform due to his high reputation and popularity amongst the Chinese Yoga community. In the very first Yoga class that Rae took with Dario, she recognised the extraordinariness of Navakaraṇa. And while working with Dario, she was mesmerized by his rigorous and profound knowledge of Yoga.
Rae completed The Essentials workshop and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 2 with Dario Calvaruso in 2024 in Fuerteventura and graduated from Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training Module 1 with Betty in Shanghai.
