Priscilla first experienced Navakaraṇa in Hong Kong, the unique sequencing, the harmonious musicality and the deep connection with body & mind converted Priscilla to pursue more on Navakaraṇa.
The same year she has decided to quit her full time job in banking and bought the one way ticket to Fuerteventura to start her training with Dario.
She took her first 108-hour Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Programme Module 1 with Dario in 2023 and continued her study with him half year later in 2024 and completed Module 2.
Priscilla teaches group Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa classes in Hong Kong.
