Paula is an engaged navakaraṇa teacher based in Córdoba. She has completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam module 1-2-3 in Barcelona 2021-23 with Dario Calvaruso and Alessandra Oram. In 2020, she had the opportunity to discover the Navakaraṇa method thanks to online classes given by Alessandra Oram. There were not many classes, but enough to connect with this holistic discipline. From the first class, she was delighted with the clear instructions to facilitate achieving a posture through synergistic movement of the body with breathing, how Alessandra marked the tempo to coordinate the energy flow and the repetition of the mantra to connect with oneself. It was such a deep experience that she decided to be fully trained in this transformative method. During this learning process, her life has changed re-directing herself towards a healthier, conscious and sustainable lifestyle. Paula is currently teaching one-to-one classes in Andalucia, specifically in Córdoba. Now she is enriched by the dynamic and constant study of the practice with the aim of implementing it in her work environment. She combines her work as a midwife in the public hospital and a pelvic floor physiotherapist in a private center. Her profession meets ideal conditions to bring the benefits of this practice closer to both motherhood and pelvic dysfunctions. Her knowledge in anatomy and physiology of the musculoskeletal and respiratory systems make the method developed by Dario Calvaruso even more valued. Which encourages Paula to share the practice of Navakaraṇa is to bring the possibility to other people of connecting their physical plane with the emotional, consciously transforming their inner person; Fundamental aspect not only in the pregnancy, childbirth and parenting as well as in the prevention and recovery of injuries, but to live meaningfully.
