Paola discovered Navakaraṇa in 2024 thanks to Andrea Fernández, and since that moment it has transformed both her practice and life. What made her fall in love was the deep state of presence that emerges through rhythm, breath, and conscious movement, as well as the physical and mental challenge it brings.
This practice continues to push her boundaries and nurtures a deeper awareness that extends far beyond the mat.
In 2025, she completed The Essentials and Navakarana Vinyāsa Hrdayam Master Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) in Bologna Italy and Power & Control (Module 2) in Essaouira Morocco with Dario Calvaruso. She is driven by the desire to share and guide others in their own journey of transformation and deep self-knowledge.
