Núria De la Fuente

Núria discovered and learnt Navakaraṇa method at the end of 2020 and has been committed to it since then. She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Course Module 1 with Dario Calvaruso in 2021 and Alumnus Teacher Training  Module 2 with Alessandra Oram in 2022. In 2022 she also graduated Modules 3 and 4 Master Teacher Training with Dario Calvaruso. She invested in her health and wellbeing for three years to discover how the body can transform and worked on the development of strength, control and awareness.

Her Navakaraṇa classes are strongly emphasising the most important methodological aspect of Navakaraṇa: correct postures according to body proportions; anatomical mapping and focus as well as the awareness of the body position and movements.
