Nora Piske

Nora lives in a small Village in the Mountains in Austria. She runs a little Studio where she works as a Massage Therapist and as a Navakarana Vinyasa Teacher. The Studio is called `Vitalothek` – which means that all the things that are offered in this place are helping you to be vital and indeed to live a healthy and happy life. Her interest an curiosity about the human Body led her to various types of courses. After she did her degree in Medical Massage she graduated to be a Fitness and Health Trainer. Beside she was practicing Yoga for herself since she was 18 years old and wanted to deepen her knowledge about Yoga and participated in a Yoga Teacher Training in Austria and in India. Afterwards she felt there where many questions that nobody could answer her and she was doubting what she was practicing and also what she was teaching to others. On her search for answers she saw a short video of Alessandra Oram teaching Navakarana Vinyasa. For some reason she felt deeply touched and attracted to this Method. Even she didn’t know anything about Navakarana Vinyasa and never practiced before she signed in for the Module 1 Teacher Training with Dario Calvaruso in Italy in 2021. After she accomplished the training, she was fascinated by this Method and almost all of her questions got answered. She fell in love with Navakarana Tantra and completed Module 1, Module 2 and Module 3 with Dario. She loves sharing the knowledge she is gaining through the practice with others and is inspired by the obvious transformation in herself and also in her students and feels blessed to be able to combine her passions in her daily life and work.
