Natalie lives in Göttingen, a small university town in Germany.
Her Navakaraṇa journey began in 2022 where she started practacing online with Alessandra Oram. Following her intuition she joined her The Essentials Workshop 2022 in Barcelona and completely fell in love with this method.
By the end of the same year she enrolled into her first Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training in Barcelona with Alessandra Oram and graduated by Dario Calvaruso. In 2023 she completed Navakarana Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training Module 2. Since she started pracacing this method she noticed a change and improvement in her metal and physical state
