Natalie Kotek

Natalie lives in Göttingen, a small university town in Germany.

Her journey began in 2022 where she started practicing online with Alessandra Oram. Following her intuition she joined her first Essenciales Workshop 2022 in Barcelona, where she completely fell in love with this method. By the end of the same year she signed up for her first Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training in Barcelona with Alessandra Oram and graduated by Dario Calvaruso. In 2023 she completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Module 2.

Since she started practicing this method she noticed a change and improvement in her mental and physical state. In February 2025, Natalie participated in Master Teacher Training Module 3, and in June 2025, she successfully completed Master Teacher Training Module 4 in Barcelona.

Alongside her path with Navakaraṇa, she also trained in sound healing – a practice that opened new dimensions of awareness and presence. Natalie now offers both Navakaraṇan and sound healing classes. While her roots lie in dynamic movement, she has also grown to love the gentle power of sound – which is why both have become an essential part of her work. For her, this combination feels natural and deeply aligned with the essence of Navakaraṇa.
