Natalia Serna Ramírez

After having been educated in different types of yoga, Natalia was introduced to the practice of Navakaraṇa by Alessandra Oram. Impressed by this complete method she had never experienced before, Natalia began her transformational journey with Navakaraṇa with Alessandra in 2020. Deeply inspired by her learnings and encouraged by her teacher; Natalia continued her path with Master Dario Calvaruso and further completing Modules 2, 3 and 4. Natalia is part of the first group of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam teachers in Europe.

In addition to laying a strong foundation of the Vinyāsa Hṛdayam method, Dario and Alessandra have become Natalia’s mentors and guides within her practice.

This path has impacted Natalia physically as well as emotionally having ultimately guided her to her purpose. She is intensely committed to creating a unique space, where people can immerse themselves in the practice of Navakaraṇa, connect with themselves and well-being while enjoying their environment.

From this purpose deep within her, Casa Erbane was born in 2023. It is the world’s first Navakaraṇa Retreat Center that offers master teacher trainings by Dario as well as retreats and workshops centered around growth, all organized by members of our community. Furthering her passion to share the love of Navakaraṇa, Natalia teaches private classes in Barcelona as well as Casa Erbane on the Canary Island of Fuerteventura.
