A lover of sports in general, I discovered the Navakaraṇa method at the age of 44 after suffering a deep crisis. I found meditation to heal and then Alessandra Oram (teacher) appeared in my life with whom I did module 1 and 2, later with Dario (guru) module 3. I completely fell in love with Navakaraṇa, its complexity, intensity and the transformation I suffered physically and mentally. My purpose is to complete my training and be able to accompany others of this magical method.
