Mary Aguado

Mary discovered Mana Yoga Loft near her home and attended a Navakaraṇa class; from that moment, she was captivated by the method.

Navakaraṇa’s precision and intentionality resonated deeply with her. Every movement and sound are meticulously designed, and this structured approach, along with its rich philosophy and lunar cycles, inspired her to deepen her practice.

Within a month of practicing, she enrolled in her first Navakaraṇa training, Module 1, in Fuerteventura with Dario Calvaruso. Since then, she has completed both Module 1 and Module 2. Leveraging her background in advertising and film, Mary collaborated with Dario on various audiovisual projects for Navakaraṇa. Notably, she directed, filmed, and edited the prominent black-and-white video that elucidates the Navakaraṇa method.

Mana Yoga Loft has become her second home, given its proximity and the sense of community it offers. Mary feels grateful to be part of such a special community and is passionate about guiding others on a journey of self-discovery and expansion. She invites her students to join this beautiful community, where they can connect with wonderful individuals and embark on a transformative journey together.
