Marina Gutiérrez Cordero

Marina is a navakaraṇa teacher based in Berlin, Germany. She discovered navakaraṇa in 2021 during Module 1 Teacher Training in Madrid, Spain, where she met the creator of the method, Dario Calvaruso. She found in navakaraṇa vinyāsa, a challenging practice that while exercising the body, always offered possibilities to reach a higher level, bringing benefits to the body and mind and challenging both in a unique and powerful way.

Marina has been living in Berlin since 2016, where she works in the environmental engineering sector. Just like her love for nature, she has found in navakaraṇa another part of herself and has continued learning and completing the teacher training modules. Since then, she has decided to share the benefits of this method of transformation that has become part of her daily life and is teaching navakaraṇa vinyāsa classes in Berlin.
