Maria Romano

Maria Romano, originally from the Southern Italy is a movement artist, somatic practitioner and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Teacher.  Maria lived in London, Paris and Tel Aviv working as a contemporary dancer. Maria completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Programme Module 1 and 2 with Dario across the 2021 and 2022 in Chieti, Italy. Maria was in Paris working as dancer when she went for assisting Dario at the Yoga Festival in Milan. After this event she decided to relocated in Milan spreading the method passionately and being the first Navakaraṇa teacher in Milan. With Navakaraṇa Maria discovered a solid  functional physical methodology that she shares in her classes across different studios. “Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Process” is a project born Maria in 2022. It is an in-depth program diluted into multiple workshops that allows students to delve deeper into the method.
