Maria discovered the Navakaraṇa practice with teacher Laura Borges in 2021, in Fuerteventura, after seeking way to connect with her emotions, body and self knowledge. Never having practiced before any kind of yoga, María found in the Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa practice a way into a holistic transformation to expand consciousness and reach harmony. Maria completed the Essential WS and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Teacher Training Module 1 in 2023 with Dario Calvaruso in Casa Erbane, Fuerteventura.
