Lucia Krause

Lucía is a Navakarana Vinyāsa teacher based in Ibiza, where she lives all-year-round since 2016.

She started her journey when she started travelling and living abroad, in 2012. This change in her way of living, from the vibrant and hectic Buenos Aires, where she was working as an Accountant, to small surfer and quiet towns in Australia, made her look for something different, more whole, more connected to people, and, more importantly, that helped herself finding balance.

A trip to India in 2016 made her come back in 2020 to do a teacher training in yoga but before she could start teaching, pandemic hit. As if it was meant to be, it was then when Lucia discovered Navakarana thorugh Alessandra Oram and decided to go for a workshop in Barcelona to know more about it. She was hooked by the method and the way of teaching, and it was when she decided to follow that path.

Lucia completed  Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayma Module 1 Alumnus TTC in the 2021 and Module 2 in2022 with Alessndra Oram and Master TTC Module 3 in the 2023 with Dario Calvaruso. Ever since she has been teaching the method in regular classes in Sant Antoni de Portmany, on Ibiza’s west coast.

She combines teaching with a full time Finance job and firmly believes that teaching and practicing is what brings the balance she needs in life, and she is passionate about sharing it with others.
