Lucía has been practicing Navakaraṇa since 2022, she has completed all four Navakarana Vinyasa Hrdyam.
She is a photographer by profession, but when the practice of Navakaraṇa came across her path, everything changed. Understanding the connection with the body and mind has become vital in everyday life. The method has helped her get to know, to listen, to respect herself and give the best at all situations. For her, what happens on the mat translates to everything else, being more flexible or gaining more resistance also in the rest of the areas of life. The expansion of the body and in turn the mind, breaking down barriers and limitations.
In 2024 she graduated from Alumnus Module 1 and 2 and in 2025 she finished completing Master Teacher Training Modules 3 and 4 with Dario Calvaruso. Since practicing this method her life has improved so much that she does not know a better way to live than sharing it and teaching it.
She is a teacher at FIGA, Barcelona.
