Lilly Roche completed The Essential and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Trainings Grounding & Opening (Module 1) in Bologna and Power & Control (Module 2) in Essauoira in 2025 under the guidance of Master Dario.
Based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Lilly runs a private occupational therapy practice where she offers both in-person and virtual sessions for individuals and groups. Her work focuses on supporting clients’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being through a holistic, integrative approach.
Lilly was drawn to the Navakaraṇa methodology as a means to deepen her own self-study and bring transformative practices into the lives of those she serves.
She holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and is certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a psychotherapeutic model for fostering inner healing and self-awareness. In addition to her clinical work, Lilly is also an accomplished fine art painter and musician, bringing creativity and depth to all aspects of her practice.
