In 2022 Laura took part in a Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa class with Marianna in Zanzibar. Immediately she fell in love with the method. In Austria, Schruns she finally met her teacher Nora Piske. In 2024 her Navakaraṇa journey continued with completing Module 1 and 2 with Dario Calvaruso.
Beside this, Laura works as an occupational therapist and is in education to a psychotherapist.
