Laura Congestri is a certified Navakaraṇa Teacher and studio owner. Her journey into Navakaraṇa began in 2021 when Dario visited Italy at ‘Tsuki Studio’ in Chieti conducting The Essential wokshop and Master Teacher Trainings. In the 2021 she completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 and 2 under the guidance of Dario Calvaruso.
Laura was profoundly impressed and captivated by this approach, prompting her to embark on the path of becoming a Navakaraṇa teacher. By May 2023, she had achieved her goal and inaugurated her very own Navakaraṇa studio ‘Laya” in Rome.
