Laia Valls Mas

Laia is a primary care nurse in Barcelona and a teacher of Navakarana Vinyāsa in Maresme. In search of a conscious and balanced life she approached Alessandra Oram  and attended her first Navakaraṇa class at Ma.na Yoga Loft in the 2020. Immeditely fascinated by the method and inspired by Alessandra she joined Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Teacher Training in the 2021. She completed Alumnus Module 1 in the 2021 and Module 2 in the 2022 with Alessandra Oram. In the 2023 she joined Master Teacher Trainibg with Dario Calvaruso in Barcelona. Aware of the transformative power she was experiencing, not only on a physical level but also in the perspective of life laia started teaching and sharing Navakaraṇa Method taking along with her other people on this transformative path for a healthier and happier life.
