Laia Justo

Laia is a Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa teacher at Ma•na Bilbao, a Navakaraṇa studio in Spain. She is also a professional dancer.

Her early interest in various artistic disciplines led her to study classical and contemporary dance, which she has been completely dedicated to. She also studied music for several years. Her education includes includes anatomy and body conditioning courses.

After her first Navakaraṇa practice, she was completely fascinated and wanted to learn in depth the method. She found in navakaraṇa all the disciplines she already was passionate about, complementing each other in a unique way.

She completed all 4 modules of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam (432 hours)  (Module 1 with Alessandra Oram, Module 2, 3, 4 with Dario Calvaruso). Over the course of time, she discovered a passion for teaching and a desire to share, starting to teach classes in Berlin during 2022-23.

In 2024, she decided to join Sākalya Tantra in Japan, a holistic training that allowed her to understand the method in more depth and expand completely her vision as well as her tools as a teacher.

Navakaraṇa has changed her physical and mental condition and has awakened a connection with herself and something much bigger. It has totally changed her perspective on life.

She is currently teaching at Ma•na Bilbao, where she is committed to helping more people undertake this path of self-transformation.
