Katherine Cardozo Arévalo

Katherine, a Navakarana teacher residing in Ireland, embarked on her Navakarana journey in 2021 during the pandemic. Her introduction to this spiritual practice unfolded as she began following Alessandra, discovering the profound connection between the mind and body.

The turning point in her journey came when she attended one of Alessandra’s retreats, experiencing Navakarana firsthand. This ignited her passion, leading her to assist in classes in Barcelona and attend another transformative retreat. Her dedication to the practice grew stronger, prompting Katherine to enroll in Module 1 in December 2022, followed by Module 2 in 2023. Her journey culminated with the successful completion of both modules of the Alummus Navakarana Vinyasa Teacher Training, guided by Alessandra Orem, and graduation under the mentorship of Dario Calvaruso.
