When Julia discovered Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa, she found not only a method that resonated with her inner passion for movement, but also a transformative practice that helped her build strength, balance, and freedom from pain.
Deeply inspired by the method and its profound impact on both her body and mind, Julia decided to deepen her practice and pursue formal training to share the benefits of Navakaraṇa with others. She completed Alumnus Teacher Training Module 2 with Alessandra graduated by Dario in June 2025. Her classes reflect her dedication to precision, rhythm, and embodied awareness—drawing from her artistic background and athletic nature.
