Carlos is a part-time Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa teacher and physiotherapist at the IK Kinésithérapie clinic in Paris. His purpose is to help people heal through physical rehabilitation combined with Navakaraṇa method and to lead patients to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
Since young, Carlos has always been interested in movement, anatomy and biomechanics. In 2020 he discovered Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa during a practice in Barcelona with Mireia Gomez and felt a powerful and deep connection with his breathing and a sense of full body integration. Amazed by this fascinating practice, he asked Mireia about this self-transformation method and started to consider incorporating his career with this creative and holistic method.
The following summer, Carlos met Dario Calvaruso for The Essentials Workshop in Barcelona. In 2023, he joined Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 and completed Module 2 in 2024.
