Jasmine Ciabattoni

Jasmine’s journey with Navakaraṇa began in 2024, during a particularly meaningful moment in her personal and professional evolution. She was immediately captivated by the grace and control she saw in Diletta Muzzarelli’s practice. That moment sparked a powerful curiosity to understand the roots of such presence and embodiment.

She began studying with Ilaria Purpura, whose teaching revealed an entirely new depth in both body and mind. These early experiences stirred something profound, and Jasmine felt called to dive deeper.

In January 2025, she met Dario Calvaruso for the first time in The Essentials Master Workshop and in July 2025, she completed her first Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1).

Since then, Navakaraṇa has become a central part of Jasmine’s life, shaping not only her personal practice but also her way of living and teaching. It has brought rhythm, clarity, and a strong sense of presence—transforming her approach to movement and to life itself. She currently teaches full-time at Metamorfosi, integrating her growing understanding of the method with dedication and humility, while continuing her studies under the guidance of her teachers, to whom she is deeply grateful.
