Isabella Borges Mendes

Isabella Borges is a devoted full time Navakaraṇa Teacher in Spain since 2021. In 2023 she initiated the project to take Navakaraṇa to Brazil, her home country. In 2019, during her postpartum, she was introduced to the method by Alessadra Oram, whom she considers her Navakaraṇa master and family. In 2020 she met Dario Calvaruso, her guruji and friend, and graduated in his first Navakaraṇa Teacher Training in Europe. In the following 2 years, she graduated in all four modules of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam (432 hours). Inspired by Alessandra’s path and empowered by the Navakaraṇa method and practice, in 2021 Isabella became a full time Navakaraṇa teacher in Ma.na Yoga Loft, the Navakaraṇa Academy in Europe, and finally felt confident and ready to put a close to her 10 year-life chapter as a lawyer. In 2023, she joined Dario’s first ever Sākalya Tantra Teacher Training, at Navakaraṇa Kyorei in Yakushima, Japan (108 hours), and she started her own Navakaraṇa projects around Iberian Peninsula and Brazil. Isabellas’ purpose is sharing Navakaraṇa Tantra around the world with love and maximum fidelity to its methodology and ideal of self-transformation. You can participate in her classes, workshops and retreats around Spain, Portugal and Brazil.
