Iliana Ramona Legka

Iliana discovered Navakaraṇan online and was inspired by the breath, movement, rhythm and synchronicity that are integrated in this method. She decided to deepen her study with Dario in Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdaya Master Teacher Training to get insights into the methodology as she believes that there is something unique this method has to offer to practitioners as well as to teachers.

She has graduated the Power and Control module, led by Dario in Essaouira, Morocco in November 2025.
She has a degree in Physical Education and Sports Science and a MSc in Exercise and Health, and Navakaraṇa is the teaching method that she would love to share with her students to get the feeling of the practice and experience a unique way of movement.

You can find her teaching and offering lessons in Greece as a freelance fitness trainer and Navakaraṇa teacher, teaching privately or in studios. Organising retreats related to movement and there will be retreats that will offer Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa practices and insights of the method as well!
