Ilaria Purpura

Ilaria first encounter with Navakaraṇa was with Dario Calvaruso, the founder of method. When she joined Module 1 she had very little experience and understanding of Navakaraṇa Method, but at the conclusion of the first training she felt incredibly fascinated and she decided to dedicate herself in learning and teaching Navakaraṇa. It was through Navakaraṇa that she realised her confidence and understanding of herself. Ilaria completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam 432 hours in the 2023 left her job as HR manager and opened Vikāsa, her Navakaraṇa studio in Pescara where she is now a full-time teacher, studio owner and manager.

With the blessing of guru-ji, Ilaria went through a complete process of  self-transformation and discovery of herself. She realised her hidden potentials and how to enjoy life its authenticity and simplicity. This is also the purpose of Vikāsa a space for blooming and expanding awareness. “Everything is possible, when you believe in it. Everything is possible, if the intentions comes from the heart”.
