Eugenia Garcia Bouvier

Eugenia García Bouvier was born in Montevideo, Uruguay. She has always been passionate about sports and physical movement, as well as artistic expression, to which she has dedicated her life professionally. In 2022 discovered the Navakarana method in Barcelona in Alessandra Oram’s class, and in June 2023, she completed The Essentials workshop and Navakarana Vinyasa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Course Module 1 with Dario Calvaruso. This method captivated her for its unique dynamic that balances the body and mind, increasing energy and providing strength and flexibility. She lives it as a way to learn to be in the present moment, through the exercise of conscious breathing.
