Elodie began yoga in 2019 after the birth of her 4 kids. She discovered Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa during the pandemic through Alessandra Oram. she really loved her way of teaching and transmitting. Curious and deeply interested in learning about Navakaraṇa method joined Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 in Madrid in 2021. She loved the originality of the method mixing physical efforts, choreographic movements, rhythm, music, mind focusing, evolving sequences. Totally in love of this practice, she continued her training with Master Teacher Training Module 2 in Italy in the 2022.
Elodie lives and teaches in the South of France.
