Elisa Lievenbrück

After following Alessandra on Instagram in a long time, Elisa was curious to learn more about Navakaraṇa. In early 2023, she visited MA•NA and immediately fell in love with this unique method, which was so different to any other yoga practice she had ever experienced before. Fascinated by the special energy and meditational state of mind, evoked during practice through clear chanted instructions followed by rhythm, she felt a deep connection to her body and mind. Following her heart, she enrolled for Alumnus Module 1 in 2023 and also joint the Essentials Workshop that summer to meet Dario in person. She completed Alumnus Module 2 in 2024, Master Module 3 and 4 in 2025.

Her purpose is to share Navakaraṇa methodology and build a German community, as both, a teacher and a student, always with the intention to convey the magic of moving together to her students. Additionally, Elisa offers Thai Yoga Massages, a traditional and spiritual practice, where a meditative attitude is cultivated through slow and conscious touch. This practice provides students with a nourishing complement to the strong physical practice of Navakaraṇa.
