Elisa Lievenbrück

After following Alessandra on Instagram in a long time, Elisa went curious to learn more about Navakaraṇa. In early 2023, she visited MA•NA Yogaloft and immediately fell in love with this unique method, which was so different to any other yoga practice she had ever experienced before. Fascinated by the special energy and meditational state of mind, evoked during practice through clear chanted instructions followed by rhythm, she felt a deep connection to her body and mind. Following her heart, she enrolled for Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Module 1 in 2023 and also joint the Essentials Workshop that summer to meet Dario in person. She then completed Alumnus Module 2 in 2024 and Master Module 3 in 2025.

Her purpose is to share Navakaraṇa methodology and build a German community, as both teacher and student, always with the intention to convey the magic of moving together to her students.
