Elizabeth Rodríguez discovered Navakaraṇa in 2021 in Barcelona during a decisive moment in her evolution as a teacher. What immediately attracted her was the method’s architectural intelligence — its precise sequencing, rhythmic structure, and the integration of strength, breath, and awareness into one coherent system.

Her formal education began in 2021 under Dario Calvaruso, graduating first from Module 2 in Barcelona. In 2022, she completed Alumnus Module 1 with Alessandra Oram, reinforcing the structural foundations of the method. She continued with Module 3 in 2023 and Module 4 in 2024 under Dario Calvaruso, progressively deepening her understanding of Navakaraṇa’s methodology, energetic dynamics, and principles of transmission.

Navakaraṇa profoundly transformed her perception of discipline and internal rhythm. The method allowed her to find an inner stability where her body found the place it needed. She developed greater strength, greater flexibility, and a deeper awareness of movement and energy. Through repetition and intelligent progression, she understood how the body can become a vehicle for clarity, alignment, and presence.

In 2021, Elizabeth introduced Navakaraṇa to Lyon, France. Since then, she has developed what is now the largest Navakaraṇa community in the country. Navakaraṇa forms an essential part of her professional activity as a full-time yoga teacher and health coach. She transmits the method through regular classes, workshops, and immersive experiences, actively contributing to the growth and recognition of Navakaraṇa in France.

For Elizabeth, Navakaraṇa is not simply a practice. It is a system of precision, progression, and conscious refinement — a lifelong path of embodied evolution.
