Daniela Vecchione is a Level 2 Navakaraṇa instructor from Italy.
She completed the Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training with Grand Master Dario Calvaruso in Fuerteventura in June 2023 and January 2024, followed by Modules 3 and 4 in Barcelona in February and June 2025.
Raised in a family of physical education teachers, Daniela developed a deep connection to movement from an early age.
Her background includes ballet, dance, aerial dance, languages, arts, and various philosophical traditions.
This multidisciplinary path eventually led her to London Buddhist Center, where she studied yoga and meditation within the Triratna Buddhist Community, a worldwide community of people who actively live and work together in the city as well as on retreat centres to keep the Buddha’s teachings alive in modern life.
Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, Daniela has travelled extensively in search of meaningful and integrative practices.
Her journey took her to India for her first yoga teacher training, motivated by the intention to find a methodology capable of unifying her diverse interests into a single, coherent art form.
Open to non conventional approaches and creative experimentation, she discovered Navakaraṇa in 2022 and immediately felt a strong connection to its philosophy and practice.
Daniela is currently based in London, where she assists courses at LBC and organises Navakaraṇa and Meditation Retreats on the Italian island of Ischia, hosted at the world’s oldest spa, Nitrod Park.
She is open to teaching classes privately, in studios, leading retreats, and collaborating on projects that align with her values and vision.
