Cristina is a Navakaraṇa graduated student in Barcelona. She started practicing Navakaraṇa in 2021 with Alessandra Oram in ma•na loft and since then she never stopped. The challenging practice, the tempo, the music and the way the teacher guides the practice made her love this method.
In 2024 she completed Alumnus Teacher Training Module 1 Grounding and Opening and in 2025 Alumnus Teacher Training Module 2 Power and Control, both with Alessandra and graduated by Dario.
