Chiara Santella

Chiara is a curious, gentle, and committed person. Her journey with Navakaraṇa began in 2021 when she started attending Navakaraṇa Vinyasa classes in Rome, Italy with Laura Congestri.

Chiara approached this method feeling the need to renew her relationship with her deeper self, her body, and the surrounding world. Navakaraṇa revealed its full transformative potential and led Chiara to a state of greater self-awareness, inspiring her to strive daily toward what she truly considers the crucial values of existence: love, listening, and presence.

In 2025, Chiara graduated from Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Alessandra Oram and Grand Master Dario Calvaruso in Barcelona Spain and Master Teacher Training Power & Control (Module 2) with Dario in Essaouira Morocco. In her professional life, Chiara is also a designer, and since graduating, she has been teaching part-time at the Navakaraṇa Laya Studio in Rome, run by Laura Congestri.
