Cathy first discovered Navakaraṇa from Betty Bat-Erdene in 2018 at Pure Yoga Shanghai and she appreciated that higher power always leads her to great teachers alongside her yoga journey.
She feels deeply when practicing Navakaraṇa that her physical body reaches harmony and is absorbed by the peaceful universe.
She took Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training Module 1 with Betty in Shanghai in 2024 and hopes more people would get benefits from this method and radiate the influence to worldwide.
