Carolina Ledesma Ndjoli

In 2013, while working as a lawyer, Carolina became deeply aware of the importance of aligning the body and mind. She began exploring different types of training, which helped her overcome panic attacks and severe anxiety, leading her to a new path in life. It was during this time that she met Alessandra and discovered Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa. Beyond enjoying the practice, she experienced a profound sense of belonging and connection to the method. In 2020, Carolina fulfilled her dream by graduating in Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 under the guidance of Dario Calvaruso. She completed Module 2 in 2021.

Today, Carolina teaches at Pam Ioga in Reus, where she feels grateful to share her passion for Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa. Her mission is to guide her students back to themselves, reconnecting them to the deepest source of their hearts.
