Carmen Martín

Carmen was born in Elche (Alicante) where she is currently living after spending many years in different locations of Spain. Her connection with Navakaraṇa comes from a huge curiosity about the method that started during the lockdown in 2020 through Alessandra Oram Instagram profile. It wasn’t until September 2022 when she experienced herself the magic of Navakaraṇa during a retreat with Julia Massagué and Mariana Moura. From that moment on, she travelled several times to Barcelona to practise Navakaraṇa and finally in June 2022 she graduated as Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa M1 Teacher in Fuerteventura with master Dario Calvaruso. She is currently teaching Navakaraṇa regular classes in Elche where she is the only one teaching this method.
