Carla Roig

Carla is a Navakaraṇa teacher based in Corbera de Llobregat.
Carla embarked on her captivating yoga journey in 2016, a path that ignited her self-discovery. The turning point came in 2018 when she encountered Alessandra Oram and fell passionately in love with Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa. In her classes, she experienced a profound connection with movement, breath, and most importantly, herself.

Her passion intensified after attending Dario Calvaruso’s first workshop in Barcelona in the summer of 2018, further solidifying her devotion to the method. In 2020, Carla immersed herself in the Navakaraṇa Vinyasa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Trainings in Mana Yoga Loft Barcelona, completing Modules 1, 2 & 3 by 2022 with Dario Calvaruso. And finally completing Module 4 in Galicia in 2024.

Eager to share her passion, Carla began teaching classes at her home until Alessandra provided her with the opportunity to teach Navakaraṇa at Mana Yoga Loft. The end of 2020 marked an exciting turn for Carla, when she decided to embark on opening her own Navakaraṇa studio in Corbera de Llobregat, the Karaṇa Yoga Studio.

At Karaṇa, Carla enthusiastically conveys her dedication to Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa , inversions, and movement, creating a vibrant space where students can explore and enjoy their own journey of self-discovery through the method.
