Brendan discovered Navakaraṇa in 2021 after moving to Barcelona and started practicing in Ma•na Yoga Loft whilst still recovering from a serious hip injury. After practicing there through 2021 he went on to complete Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Alumnus Teacher Training Module 1 in 2022 and Alumnus Module 2 in 2023 with Alessandra Oram. Later in 2023 he then completed Master Teacher Training Module 3 with Dario Calvaruso.
