Beatrice Pazzaglia

After many years of teaching, Beatrice discovered the Navakaraṇa method and decided to enroll in the training course to deepen her understanding. She had always tried, through her lessons, to convey to her students a sense of harmony that went beyond simply entering and exiting postures, a sense of movement as a flow, of space as something with weight, to be felt as part of the room. But she realised that, without dance or some other support, it was difficult for her students to fully grasp this concept.

The Navakaraṇa method gave her exactly the tools she had been looking for to convey this process. Through a specific and precise structure, the body is able to savor space, and with the use of music, breath and rhythm, one can experience a state of complete immersion in the practice, a kind of moving meditation, in a way that is completely different from anything else she had ever practiced before.

In July 2025, she completed The Essential and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Grounding & Opening Module 1 under the guidance of Master Dario Calvaruso in Bologna Italy, who passionately and uniquely transmitted to her the first part of this wonderful transformative method. In November 2025, she graduated Module 2 Power & Control in Essaouira Morocco and became a Navakaraṇa Level 1 Teacher.

She currently teaches in Genoa.
