In 2023, Ayla personally experienced the transformative power of an integrated approach to healing through her physical practice. Her journey led her to discover Nakaraṇa in 2025, after attending a masterclass with Dario in London. Since then, Ayla has been keenly interested in integrating the Navakaraṇa approach and its methods into her holistic therapy practice.
She completed The Essentials and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Dario in 2025 in Italy.
