Arianna Vairo

Arianna Vairo lives in Milan. She’s free-lance illustrator, and printmaking teacher at Istituto Europeo di Design. Energies and bodies are the matter and core of her art. Since 2017 she paint and draw personal resercheas; since the same year she started a daily exploration of different free-body thecniques. In 2022 she met Alba Muzzarelli, who started to taught her Navakaraṇa. Arianna felt immediately this complete method as a path to follow. In Summer 2023 she graduated at Navakarana M1 Teacher Training Certificate with Master Dario Calvaruso. A deep change started, awakening her in the path of self-discovery and growht. This involves every relationships, with food, time, art, job, spiritual dimension, world, other humans. As it happened with images, she started to teach Navakarana with passion and devotion, to share the precious knowledge as a revolutionary seed.
