Apollonia Ilmberger

Apollonia has always been fascinated by movement and the abilities of the body. From a young age she felt like she wanted to work with her given flexibility and develop strength.

When she found Navakaraṇa, she knew, this would combine everything that she has been searching for; the feeling of unity with the surrounding, the deep focus on the breath, the beating rhythm of the teachers hands, the singing voice, the fluidity, the union with the moon cycle.

After practicing Navakaraṇa with Alessandra and Laura during a retreat in Fuerteventura she was convinced to do her first Alumnus Teacher Training whilst practicing in her home Berlin with Marina.
