Andrea Fernández Ponce

Andrea discovered Navakaraṇa in 2020 in Barcelona with Alessandra Oram. Her connection with the method was immediate. The coherence of the practice, the tempo and the singing techniques brought her into deep connection with Navakaraṇa. She completed Module 1 and 2 with Alessandra Oram in the 2021, Module 3 and 4 with Dario Calvaruso in the 2022.  It was through Navakaraṇa that Andrea undergone a indescribable transformation which changed her not only physically but also  her way of living. Andrea is currently a orchestra violoncellist and Navakaraṇa teacher. It is through the Navakarana classes that she can connect to her students and guide them into healthy and conscious living.
