Aly first discovered Navakaraṇa in the summer of 2024 and immediately fell in love with its rhythm and method. Already a Vinyasa teacher at the time, she found Navakaraṇa to be a game changer in her practice and teaching. She completed The Essentials and Navakaraṇa Vunyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 2 with Dario in January 2025, and Module 1 in July the same year.
Today, she has the honour of sharing Navakaraṇa with students in Montréal, Canada. Through this method she has discovered not only a new way of practicing, but a new way of living.
